Foundation for japanese and Okinawan martial arts
In Groningen, Netherlands there is now the second Mugai Ryu Meishi Ha school in Europe. The group is directed by me and Chris De Jongh Sensei (Niten Ichi Ryu teacher degree, Aikido 5 Dan, Goju Ryu Karate 5 Dan).
After the successful and intense Mugai Ryu Seminar in Groningen at the Foundation for japanese and Okinawan martial arts we started the new Mugai Ryu group. 17 hours of training in two days showed it´s effect.

We started with a little theory and demonstration.
After the basic and Kihon training followed Munazukushi and Shin.

And we arrived at dinner after 8 hours of training with only one 20 minute break.
The next was all about Kumitachi and I showed a little bit of Tosei Ryu Tanjojutsu.
