Even as a child I was always fascinate by different martial arts and the possibilitys once own body gives you. Starting with Judo a also acquired experiences in Aikido. During this time I learned that there is much more to martial arts then mere “fighting”.
In 2010 I moved for work related reasons to Cologne but wanted to continue my Aikido experiences and deepen my knowledge. Because of an accident in 2013 I had to take an uncertain break from it. Up until this point I hadn’t found a school I really enjoyed so I started to look for alternatives to Aikido. Through training I got in to contact with the Japanese sword and it fascinated me ever since.
Then in 2014 I found the Tenshinkai Dojo under the guidance of Luciano Gabriel Morgenstern Sensei. At first contact I had this special feeling of training in the Dojo. I never have had that in another school. Since then I have been training Mugai Ryu Iaido and Tosei Ryu Tanjojutsu.
From 2017 I assisted Luciano Gabriel Morgenstern Sensei in the two Samurai Kids Courses and the Tosei Ryu Tanjojutsu training.
In 2019 I took over the Samurai Kids courses.
In every training session I try to pass on my knowledge of about 20 years of experience in martial arts without letting the enjoyment of training be cut short.
